Education Minister Jitu Waghani has taken another big decision in the world of education amid the Corona virus epidemic which will benefit about 3 million students.

With the corona virus epidemic in Gujarat and continuing education has become a major problem, the Bhupendra Patel government of Gujarat has taken a big decision regarding the study. State Education Minister Jitu Waghan made the announcement. Jitu Waghan announced that from now on, general stream students of Std. 9 to 12 in Gujarat will also be able to appear for exams like NEET. Objective questions have been raised in the general stream examination which will be held this year.

Now 30 percent of the questions will be objective

Waghan said that a big decision has been taken to reduce the stress in the examinations of 29 lakh 75 thousand students who are studying in 9th to 12th standard so that students can take exams like JEE, NEET. So far, the number of objective questions asked in 9th to 12th standard examinations has been increased and the paper style has been changed. Instead of 20 per cent questions being asked till now, 30 per cent objective questions will be asked and 70 per cent questions will be descriptive.

Students will be given more options in the paper

Till now, in the exam, the option of writing answers to five out of seven questions was given, however, now in the paper which will be taken, 6 out of 10 questions will have to be written.

What are objective questions?

It is to be noted that in the examination questions of different marks are asked but some questions are of only one mark and are relatively easy. The number of such questions in the next examination will be 30 per cent when students can get higher marks from such questions.
