These rules related to LPG Cylinder, SBI Savings Account, Digital Payments are changing from November 1

Some rules are going to change from November 1, which will affect the life of a common man.  The biggest change is the delivery of LPG i.e. cooking gas cylinders.  Now LPG cylinder will not be delivered without OTP.  Similarly, some important regulations of the country's largest bank State Bank of India (SBI) will be changed.  The biggest news regarding SBI is that savings account will now get lower interest.  The arrangement will come into effect from November 1, which was first announced on October 9.  Apart from this, the Unlock 6.0 guideline will be released, which will be applicable from November 1.

OTP for home delivery of LPG From November 1:

An essential information for consumers of LPG.  The LPG cylinder rule is going to change from November 1.  In the new system of home delivery of LPG cylinders, OTP for gas will now be made mandatory.  Initially, the scheme will be implemented in 100 cities of the country, which fall under the category of smart cities.  The aim of Indian Oil Corporation Limited IOCL is to ensure that gas cylinders reach the right consumers.  That is, now after booking the gas cylinder you will receive the OTP, you have to tell the delivery boy.  If you cannot tell this you will not get the cylinder.  The system was implemented on a pilot basis in Tamil Nadu, Jaipur and Coimbatore some time ago.  The scheme was successful there at the pilot level, so now from 1 November 2020 the scheme is being extended to 100 smart cities in the country.  Based on the feedback received from these cities, the system will be expanded across the country.

Thus, LPG prices will also be changed on November 1.  As per central government policy petroleum companies review LPG prices on 1st of every month and new prices are implemented which remain for the entire month.  It is expected that LPG prices will not change much this time as well.  However, the question arises, will more subsidies come into the account?  In fact, LPG prices have come down so much internationally that the government no longer needs to subsidize them.
