The Centenary celebrations for Pramukh Swami ji Maharaj will be held in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad next month and the preparations are in full swing to make the occasion a big success. The city is all decked up and ready for the Pramukh Swami Maharaj Shatabdi Mahotsav, which is likely to see a big turnout of his followers & those belonging to Swaminarayan Sampradya. The organizers are pulling out all stops to make the centenary celebrations a big success and also making it a big spiritual event to proliferate his teachings on life.

On 100th birth anniversary of one of the highly revered saints of Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS), effort is being made to propagate his values & teachings on life to as many people as possible.

The month-long celebrations will climax with the final event on 13 January 2023, to be celebrated as the ‘Shatabdi Janma Jayanti Din’, when countless devotees from all over the world will pay their respects to Guruhari Brahmaswarup Pramukh Swami Maharaj.

Manifest Brahmaswarup Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj to inform that B.A.P.S.  Swaminarayan Sansthan Prachumswami Maharaj Shatabdi Mahotsav dt.  15 December 2022, from Thursday  13 January 2023, will be celebrated in Ahmedabad with grandeur during Friday.  Dt.  On January 13, the climax of this festival will be 'Shatabdi Janam Jayanti Din', when numerous devotees from home and abroad will pay homage to Guruhari Pramukh Swami Maharaj through Shatabdi-Vandana.  You are requested to take note of this

The grand celebration for Pramukh Swami Maharaj Shatabdi Mahotsav is being held in Ahmedabad between 15 December 2022 to 15 January 2023. It will see large number of followers & people descending to the town for the pious occasion. The grand event is open & accessible for all, starting from 2 pm to 10pm on weekdays and entire day from 9am to 10pm on Sundays.

The first half of the day has been kept reserved for devotees while in the latter part, any person can come & attend the centenary celebrations. Devotees can get themselves registered via a volunteer body named ‘karyakar’ – the Satsang Activities Volunteer.

A workforce of about 20,000 volunteers is engaged in preparation of pandal, social amenities & other accessory arrangements. A large network of professionals across various segments in water, food, security, electricity & sanitation department are working round the clock to make the venue ready for the grand festival.

Vande Bharat Express Trial Run

Ahmedabad: Semi high speed Vande Bharat Express train will be running soon. This train running between Ahmedabad and Mumbai has been trialled. Today, the first full length trial was conducted between Ahmedabad and Mumbai. It is estimated that soon people will also get its benefits. This train running at a speed of 180 kilometers per hour will reach Ahmedabad-Mumbai in just 6 hours. Vande Bharat Express is built with fully indigenous technology. As per the current timetable, Vande Bharat Express will run 6 days in a week. Which will take off from Ahmedabad at 7.25 am and reach Mumbai at 1.30 pm. While this train will depart from Mumbai at 14.40 hours in the afternoon and reach Ahmedabad at 21.05 hours at night. This train will have commercial stoppage at Vadodara and Surat. This train will cover the distance of 491 km between Ahmedabad and Mumbai in 6 to 6.25 hours.
